The Animal Clinic is an out-patient veterinary clinic which operates by appointment and we are NOT able to provide 24 hour veterinary emergency care.  During regular clinic hours (see the left column on every page of this website), we may provide urgent care for established patients by appointment as our schedule and staffing allow.  This would include initial examination and assessment, pain management and patient stabilization.  During this initial care, we advise the patient's family whether the Animal Clinic Team has the resources for continuing treatment or we advise the family that their pet should be transported to the nearest emergency center, BluePearl Fox Valley (see contact information below).
